Nuevo Puerto de Vigo

Excellent food. Had shrimp, octopus, scallops and several desserts. Service was excellent.

Everybody knows how difficult is to find some place where you can eat something nice. A special tourism zones. I found actually we found with my friend good place with lovely food and beer. I ate very very delicious patatas bravas and delicious tortillas ahhh and some easy going sandwich Prices are good and service open and kind. ¡Buen provecho!

This place deserves 5 star. The atmosphere was classy, the service was great too. The food is amazing, very delicious! We ordered seafood soup and TRIPE MADRID STYLE OR GALICIAN. The waiter Hernando was really a honest man. He even told us the size how much was enough for us. Somehow, in Spain the restaurant name seems a little different than the name showing in Google. Recommended.

The food was awesome. The service was fantastic. I would recommend grilled squid on crab sauce with the red wine. Atmosphere is really good with nice Christmas decoration!!! I am definitely coming back!

There are so many average and “meh” restaurants in the tourist areas of Madrid. But this is a locals restaurant tucked into a neighborhood. All I can say about Nuevo Puerto de Vigo is ….Excellente! My waiter Lorenzo was the best. He is very patient and professional. Great recommendations.We had Pulpo Gallega which was one of the best I have had. Scallops and Galician tenderloin cooked medium rare to perfection. The sea salt touch was very good on the steak and pulpo. We finished with coffee and the almond torta. Really good food. Nice restaurant with excellent menu and service. I will certainly save location in my phone for my next trip back to Madrid.

The food was delicious. It can be hard to find restaurants that have vegetarian options. After reading reviews, we thought we would give this restaurant a visit and were not disappointed. The service was excellent and kind to us as English speakers. The food was so good. For us, this was our best meal in Madrid. I highly recommend.
